This is to inform that usha bansal w/o kailash bansal ca no.[protected] and[protected] staying at h. No. 118, gali no. 6/2, m.D. Marg, west gopal nagar, najafgarh, new delhi is involved in electricity stolen activity since a long time. They are using a jumper wire below meter in night after 8 pm to 6-7 am in both of the meters. Usha bansal is using 2 big ac, desert cooler, several fans, tvs, washing machine, refrigerator and several other eletrical appliances in her two storey house by stealing electricity in night time. 2-3 years ago they used spiral coil mechanism on old meter to stop electricity meter in every night and now they used jumper below meter.
