The building already had four floors with four electric meter but yesterday a new metre has been installed[protected] . This metre has been installed without any legal documents and permission. The owner of the third and fourth floor are planning of constructing a fifth floor and therefore this installation of metre had taken place by bribing one of the employee of this department. Please do the needed to stop such illegal practices .

Bses office was locked from inside and all the staff on duty were inside even phone for the complaint were turned busy. No one came to hear problem .I think the staff in the night duty are taking free salary without doing their duty.
