I have been a user of BSES Rajdhani power limited's electricity service for around two years. I have recently received a bill with a value of Rs. 24, 860, when checking for the detailed breakup this is majorly due to the unit consumption incorrectly reflected for the period 22nd June 2021 to 16th Aug 2021 as 3316 units. I for a fact know that it is impossible to use this amount of electricity in such less period, all the more as I was living alone as my family was out of town from 5th to 22nd July 2021 and I being a service class person am not present in the house for minimum 9 hours. Also, I had received a provisional bill with no amount to pay on 21st June 2021. My CA number is[protected], I have also filed a complaint on the online portal of BSES Rajdhani (complaint no. [protected] dated 22nd Sep 2021) but the last status there just reads 'file sent to central cell', I have also mailed on the brpl.[protected]@relianceada.com dated 30th Sep 2021 for the same concern but not revert as of now.
I would like to put forth that this is totally unacceptable as I know my consumption for the period cannot be anywhere near to what has been portrayed by the service provider. Hence I request the service provider to reconsider get the issue checked and resolved on a priority basis.
