Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — meter running fast

My electricity meter is running verg fast, and showing way much more bill than ut should be. According to the appliances i'm using at my place 600-700 units is way much.
I request to check or change my meter.
Before i used to pay around like[protected]. And now suddenly its showing up 7500/- (In the month if august) and 6000/- (In the month if september).
