BSES/BYPL — Big overcharging in last bill
Dear Sir / Madam,
I'm hoping to get some assistance / help to my predicament. I have one electricity connection with BSES as commercial connection with CA number[protected] in Mustafabad area. They replaced old meter and installed the new meter in May 2019 although there was no problem in the previous meter and I had never complained about the same. While replacing meter the office incharge mentioned that this is just an order for all commercial meters in the areal to get replaced although the previous meters were functioning fine and there was no option to not get old meter stayed as is.
Now my current bill is showing 2050 as arrears charge for installing new meter. When I called the customer care they are not entertaining my request properly and putting the calls on hold more than 20 meters, while supervisor is never coming to answer my concern.
This is monopoly and misuse of power from BSES authorities and overcharging for name of new meter while I had 10000 security with BSES already and this new amount 2050 is not getting added the deposited security.
