Dear sir,
This is regarding the non supply of power in our durga vihar, najafgarh area in 3-4 hrs day and the same problem in night. As we are paying our electricity bill on time, and no body reply to us for any problems that were facing. All times their complaint number busy. We have visited so many times in bses office but they are not responding.
It's a request to please rectify this problem as soon as possible..

It has been several months i am observing my electricity bill is coming regularly too high. My usage is not too much as i have to go to office. I request you to come and check speed of the meter. There is certainly some problem with it.
