I have not received my degree yet and tried to contact in degree section by email and phone number, also raises query but got no response and Please do needful...

I am yash Shrivastava (0133EC191123), a b.tech student of EC branch pursuing my degree From rgpv . Rgpv marked me absent in one subject (BT-301) in open book examination held in feb2021 for 3rd semester.
I have tried contacting my college as well as University but nothing has been done till now . I mailed them messages but still they are not reviewing my issue.

When i was submitting my exam form of bpharmacy 6th semester and i did process for payment (₹1300) it showed 'failed of transaction' so i used another method for exam form submission then my form was submitted but amount deducted 2 times from my bank account ... i already raised complain against it in RGPV but they said amount will transfered to you account but now its 2 months ... please look into it !
