While filling my exam form transaction got failed and amount is deducted
I filled the form on 22/01/21 and it's been 3 days it is not updated on the portal.
It is still showing forwarded by institution on the portal.
Plzzz help......

I am student of 5th semester from engineering background. I was renewing Annual Subsciption of RGPV on[protected] around 9 P.M. through union bank internet banking I filled all the transactional details and went for payment but it showed an error and amount of Rs. 118 got deducted from my bank account and also the subscription didn't renew.

I again tried renewing it on[protected] around 9 A.M. and the same thing happened.
