I have made payment for RGPV enrollment form of Rs 650 twice because at first transaction the money was deducted but it wasn't updated in the rgpv website. First Transaction ID - [protected] through One Card Credit Card. Second Transaction ID[protected] through STATE BANK OF INDIA debit card
