I am Lakshya Bhawsar, currently enrolled in Rgpv diploma 5th semester. I am writing to bring to your attention that despite the declaration of my examination result on 3rd March, I am still encountering an error message that states "enrollment no. not found".
As this issue has persisted for several days now, I am concerned and would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving the matter. I have tried refreshing the page and clearing my browser cache, but the issue persists.
Could you please provide me with guidance on the appropriate steps to take to rectify this issue? I would be grateful for any assistance you can offer to help me receive my exam results as soon as possible.
