Purchased washbasins and toilet closets from RAK ceramics India. After using them for 3 years, lot of cracks have been appearing on the washbasins and toilet closets

The toilet seat cover of RAK product was broken.on contacting the dealer Tara ceramics in Trivandrum, the support been extremely poor. you are requested to take necessary action replace the broken toilet seat cover (Qty -03 Nos) at the earliest. Due to Kovid-19 I am unable to report the matter to you in time.

I had purchased RAK sanitary wares for my home on march and may 2014 from Tara sanitary wares, Pattom-Plamoodu road Trivandrum (Invoice no. 5893 dated 29-03-14 and Invoice number dated 13/05/2014). Two numbers of the cummodes, one flush tank, and two numbers of washbasins have cracked initially after 9 months of installation. I have requested for replacement from Tara sanitary wares, butafter much persuasion and effort on my part, they have sent one person to see the condition. He came and took few photos and nothing happened.
I am really disappointed by such low quality of rak make sanitarywares. I have spent money thinking that buying quality products will ensure hassle free daily use. But, it turned out to be completely wrong in the case of rak sanitary. You are requested to visit my house, note the cracks and arrange a good plumber and replace the defective items listed earlier.

I purchased water closets from a dealer at S G Highway, Ahmedabad in 2014. Cracks has started before one year and it go's on increasing. Now I am worried about its breaking accidently and may cause injury.

I am MANOJ from Kannur in Kerala. I purchased RAK Lava Thin 610x465x170 mm Wash Basin from Saubhagya Tile House, Thalassery on 28/05/2014 under Invoice No. 522. 2 years after purchase, started to show light black spots on wash basin. At first it didn't matter as there were no apparent cracks. But black Spots were increase in the coming years. Only then did it become clear that this was a defect in sanitary products. After this, on 01/09/2020, l condact customer care number and Mr. Joseph, a representative of the company, came and checked and reported that it was a manufacturing defect called Hairline Crack. He asked for the bill but could not produce it that day. The bill is then sent to the customer care number [protected] (Whatsapp) but they say that can not be changed as it is after 5 years. Their answer is do what you want. The washbasin is full of black spots and can not be used now. Most companies like HINDWARE and CERA have a 10 year warranty. It is unfortunate that the products of RAK Company, which is much more expensive than other companies, have only a 5 year warranty. Also, it is not right to deny a warranty on the grounds that it is over 5 years old, even if it is found to be defective in construction . Your company's site (consumercomplaints.in) has many examples of hairline crack for almost all of your company's sanitary products. I therefore request that you take the necessary steps to replace my washbasin. If not, I would like to inform you that I will take other legal action.

The whasbasen and European toilet/closet with flush tank severely cracked out. Kindly help me out to fix the issue

Water overflow complaint

Water continously flowing out This is tje for the 4th time since december 2020 In december 20 have replaced some parts inside the flush system worth rs.2000 but again it starts my overhead water tank is going empty because of this

I have purchase 02 RAK ceramic commode from Barasat, Dak banglow
it is observed that after installation flush system not serviceable at all
so please advice

Closet flush doesn't work. A plumber was called in three times to rectify it. Flush tank works for a couple of days but soon stops working.

I bought a 60cm wash basin.jam in Kozhikode kerela .It was cracked Technician came checked and registered my complaint in last December Till today not replaced I contacted your service people several time Please do need full to replace it immed Mob [protected]

All the rak items in our home was getting cracked everywhere, but while approaching their distributors " they told me that the replacing period was over. So I replaced some of the items by paying cash. But now all the items except new one is getting cracked everywhere. I had used it only for one year, unfortunately bill is not with me. Iam really disappointed with their product . So I will never recommend any one to buy this.

Commode not working properly.

I had purchased 6 closets with water tank. Now almost all are cracked and some of them cannot use. Please replace the product as soon as possible

Concealed flush tank overflowing continue.

I am facing all my bathroom tiles is crack within 3 days.

Cleo sink from - RAK Ceramics, Santacruz, Mumbai was delivered twice. One time totally broken in 2 pieces and the second time fully cracked. Please change it as soon as possible.
Lava sink - was delivered twice. First the wrong size and second time in loose plastic packaging. Poor delivery service, poor packaging of all the material. Broken and cracked, wrong size material delivered. Too much follow up required every time! Worst experience.
