Rana Cabs — Security refund

I have taken the car on 27-09-22 & returned to them on 28-09-22
They have charged the 3, 000/- security amount which is refundable after 15 days . But now it’s been a month they haven’t returned the security amount & not even answering the phone calls . This is not a way to treat their customers
Last week I also went to their office the owner was not their so his worker made talk to me on the phone & then he said just wait for 1 day I will return your security amount & now again they are doing the same thing, not answering the calls .
