Rana Motors — Deficient services | |||
I purchased alto k10 car no dl1cv9934 on 4th feb 2017. It met with an accident on 7th may 2017 and on the same day it was transported at rana motors workshop rajasthan udyog nagar delhi workshop. As the car was fully insured by bajaj allianz. The workshop manager bhupinder kaushik assured us that it would be repaired within one month. No receiving was given to us, we were not informed when the inspection was done, no estimated bill was given to us, nor any consent was taken by us for repairing, neither we were intimated when the car would be opened. Only one message was surfaced regarding the repairement cost and the estimated is rs 0 with reference no jc17004350. On visiting him for the position of car he told us to deposit rs 11000 then only the car would be handed over. As i argued that you have flashed a message of rs 0 so why to par rs 11000. He said ignore those message. He showed me a page o his bill book that you have signed and undertook to pay the final amount. I have not signed any document and not received the copy.
