MY last working day at Mohali Light Factory (on roll of Mafoi) was 21st September 2010.They approved on October 20 but Mafoi is not providing the relieving letter and FFS. They are not replying the mails as well calls also. It was really urgent for me because I wana submit these all documents in my new company. I am really fed up with follow up and reminders. On regular basis

I have worked with the company Quest Diagnostic via Ma Foi Randstad consultancy from april 2009 to nov 2009. Due to some finintial problem thy closed the project in nov 2009 and our contract was terminated but since then I was unable to get my salary of nov 2009 and final settl;ement ammount till now. My PF also blocked over 11 month.

I Somnath Lahiri here by complaining against Mafoi Randstad Management Consultancy for not clearing my PF (Provident Fund). I have rsigned fom this organisation on 13-Apr-2010, I do have the releiving letter I have sent all my documents to Mafoi I have the receiving also. i am continuously following up with HR team but no positive response I received yet.

Kindly help me to get my pending PF.

Iam Sanjay Gregory from Chennai ,i worked with team4u 2003 till june 2006 in Vaikunth neelakandan team of ICICI Bank retail product auto loans, after 60 day they asked me to submit some after which they issued me a 9gl which had a lot of spelling mistakes and correction seals which i need to send to their designated PF office in Nehru palace ND time passed usually claim should be processed under 90 days i sent the paper by resisted post i got a confirmation that my paper have reached pf office on 02/01/2007 i didn't get it even after 6months my repeated mails to the pf office using their grievance section via their portal and close to 100 call to their (pf) office were the operator would put me on hold and line would disconnect after 5 min the entire exercise was futile and there was Zero support form team4u . At last in April 2009 visiting Delhi went in person to find out what had happened it seem the pf office has returned the paper no address or to whom they were not able say . I went to the Chennai office of team4u told them about my plight they asked to submit another set of papers,i did as told and submitted the required document again on july 15 2009 and the Chennai office has sent it by courier on 18/08/09 for the preparation of 9GL to their Delhi office which is HQ which i got by December 2009 and forwarded the same to EPF office in waizerpur Delhi north by December end 2009, I write this complain on 03/05/2010 as so far there has been no communication form either end and now know your status form in EPF portal give notification that establishment code dose not exist I don't know whether i will ever get my pf .My Epf number is DL/32000/8314. please help.

With under payroll of Mafoi for mjunction services Ltd from Jan'08 till June'09.
I have submitted my PF form in Dec 2009.but have not received any response regarding my PF status.
my EPF no.TN/35791/101178,I had even called in PF office of mafoi in Chennai several times to Ms.Rajya Laxmi,and every time the reply was that it is under process and therefore no solution is been retaind even after writing mails to them.

Sir,

I am worked with "team4u a randstad" on 2007 to 2008 (one year),
after I resigned from the company they are still not given my pf amount
that they are diducted from my salary.

Expecting necessary action against for above my problem...
