Had called me and told that he will increase my existing card balance for which he took 2000/- by cash as it's charge.
And promised me that 2000/- will be reflect in my card after 2000/- consumed.

But he issued a another one card.

My previous card number-

He made another card
[protected]

But I used 2000/- but not reflecting in my card

Please do the needful.
