Rare Rabbit — Prepaid Order not received

Dear Sir/Madam
I have placed an order on 10th August via order no #RCOM635569 via Rare Rabbit website (https://thehouseofrare.com/). However there is no Shippment of the same yet. It has been 13 days since I have placed the order. I have tried to call on their helpline number ([protected]) many times but the call always gets disconnected after one ring.
I have even sent mail but not received support from it also.
There is no way to communicate with the company to get my product or my money back.
It's look like that I have paid my money to a wrong company.
I request you to kindly look into my matter and do the needful at the earliest to get my problem solved.
