Rare Rabbit — Refund not received RCOM571069

I placed order in 22 June 2022 and now 18 Aug 2022, dropped number of mail and discussed with Rare Rabit customer care too. First order not deliver and from almost from 1 month refund not received. I am very much frustrated with Rare Rabit service.
I am writing in hope might it get resolve and please take appropriate action over it. Really I lost my all hope from Rare rabit.
