Rare Rabbit — Return is not available for the pincode which they delivered theproduct

I ordered two jeans from Rare rabbit and in those two orders one jeans was very short and I asked for return and they are saying we don’t have return service for the pincode which they delivered and asking me to courier the return order and I was wondered how come not serviceable to pin code which they delivered the product
