Rare Rabbit — Shameless people have to sue on Rare rabit

I ordered a product/shirt worth of 1750.
It did not fit the size so raised a return request. then started the story.
I did not get the replacement product & they are asking me to do self return and attach lot many documents in the email.

The first thing it was not mentioned on the Product page about self-return & they sent a quote I have to do it within 3 working days deadline.
