I purchased several products from them. I requested an exchange on a single item after purchasing 8 items from them. They ignored my communications for about 10 days. After I emailed them for the 5th time, they replied saying that "Exchange period is 7 days and it's past that now". It's laughable what they are doing. Just scamming customers. They intentionally ignore the emails and then say the exchange period time is up. Absolutely terrible customer service and what they are doing is probably illegal cheating customers like this. I've emailed them maybe 15 times over the past few weeks, called them 10 times, and even left messages on their instagram. Every attempt went unanswered after their initial reply. Please don't shop here if you want to keep your peace of mind.
