Had booked in same phase-4, on last visit to site on 11th Feb 2018 they are telling work will be started in April 2018. Can we register complain against this builder in RERA??

I also booked 2 farmhouses in Star City Bombay but I guess these people done fraud with all the customers...Lets show the unity and need to take a legal action against these guys..

Rashmi Housing — flat not received after 7 years

Rashmi Builders in Naigoan has a worst service and the backlog of 10 years and running. The buildings are not completed. They have good service till you become customer. They are like mud, money invested or given will go on waste and People like Sharmila (DEMON), Kishore, Sunil, Tiwari all are pathetic.

My name is Deepak Dhanawade and i had booked a flat in starcity naigaon phase 4 in August 2012. Possesion was in 2015. They first told possesion will be in march 2016. Now they are telling possesion will be in 2017. Only one bldg foundation has been done uptill now. I am certain they are bluffing this time too.

7 years complet my flat not don so that complaint for builders please help me

I want to register a official compalint against Rashmi housing Finance.

Same happened with me. ..frustrated now even after asking for cancellation, they have not paid a single penny to me till date.

My Booking was in their first project Pink City..

I am Yogesh Sharma, I had booked Two Flats in Naigaon East Project Name: Star City Phase IV, in 2012 and possession was promised by Ashok Bosmiya. In my recent discussion they have assured to do allotment of the Flat by the end of 2017. Guys Kindly whats app me @ [protected] in case of any update. Expecting that Rashmi Builders would take necessary steps to ensure Registration with RERA.

I got my 2nd Flat shifted to Vasai East Smart Home, "GHAR HO TOH AISA" in Gokhiware Road, Vasai (E), after making almost 60% of Payment work is yet to be started at the said location. There is no construction taking place, neither any demarcation has been done as of now... Also as per my discussion with them the project is Still Not registered with RERA and there seaems no efforts are being made to get it registered any time soon... pls... update on any development on the project would be great support. Yet Today (14 August, 2017), the buildings are not completed fully. The worst experience. my 10 years of savings wasted. Feels so foolish me too.
