Rashmi Housing — Considerable delay in handing over possession in Ph-4, Naigaon

Booked in 2011. even after elapsing 13 years neither replied my innumerable mails nor any information about handing over the possession.
Kindly arrange to inform exact time more you are taking to allot the flat at the earliest.
Matter is already delayed and hope you will act soon.
