I normally would not leave a bad review unless it was so annoying. You could imagine the stress i've been through after placing an order with this stupid brand. These kinda people will leave you go untrusted in placing an order with social websites like Instagram and facebook as they make us lose trust and we fear to order something again from Instagram brands.

worst customer service ever
Spare yourselves from this lady. she is so rude and is not even prompt in replying. There are hell lota brands outside which are far more fair priced and give better quality. I'm quite unhappy with how can someone be so rude just because you took the money for the order. Your brand would definitely not go a long way with this kind of attitude.
Worst customer service. I ordered a frock and i did not get it delivered for a month while the agreed timeline is within a week and she is too arrogant. The material used was cheap. Not good as shown in the pictures. No changes were made as i said. She said ok to all the changes i told but nothing was on the top. Because of these kind of people I'm afraid to place an order again in Instagram.

Rasika brand in Instagram I thought it’s genuine as she keeps celebrities pics. But first very worst response fr Om that lady Manusha. No updates even after 1 month full payment. She gave tracking number which won’t work . Still I didn’t receive my dress. I paid total amount 3000. Please help me how can I get my money back... very disappointed

They reply only while placing the order and once the money is received they don’t even bother to reply
I had ordered a dress from this brand on may 31st and according to them the shipping takes 12-15 days, I didn’t receive my order for a month
When I used to contact them they just kept telling they will send the order within 2-3 days.
Once I asked for a refund they agreed for it and they never did that also
I used to text them each everyday asking for a refund, yet they didn’t bother to reply the only thing they would tell is “will refund it today” but never got a refund.
And on July 13th I received my order which is completely different from the actual thing I ordered and that lady who was talking to me also had the audacity to tell the print of the material will differ
If I’ve placed a order I obviously would expect to get the same print and material.
She told that it might due to some problem in the manufacture, if that was the case why did she even tell the dress would look similar as shown in the picture
And now she tells that it is similar the stitching is similar when the print and the colour is completely different
