[Resolved]  Rasika Brand — Online shopping

The brand named Rasika brand from Hyderabad, I had ordered an Anarkali on may 31st 2021. I paid a total or ₹4250.
According to the brand their shipping takes around 12-15 days, but I didn’t receive my order even after a month.
There was no response from their side also, whenever I texted her asking about the order she used to lie telling it will reach me within 2 days. She gave a tracking number which was wrong, I even enquired with India post regarding that tracking number to which they confirmed that there were no details regarding that.
That lady just sent a wrong tracking number.
Since it was a month I asked for a refund instead of giving the dress, to which she agreed and never refunded the amount.
The only reply I used to get is she would refund the money today only. On July 13th 2021 I got my order and it was completely different to what was shown on the Instagram page. When I asked her about the print being completely different she was so arrogant and replied telling it’s the manufacturing problem. The colour was completely different the print was different the quality was so poor and not even worth ₹4250.
When I asked her about the print she didn’t even reply and just told she sent her same material to other people and they didn’t complain.
I want her to refund my money.
This is just so ridiculous
