Worst customer service. I ordered a frock and i did not get it delivered for a month while the agreed timeline is within a week and she is too arrogant. When i asked for the pictures for the dress i ordered she refused to send saying my dress was dispatched. But, the dress wasn't dispatched on the day she told. Later she gave me the tracking number when i kept asking it for several times which gave me the correct dispatched date.The material used was cheap. Not good as shown in the pictures. No changes were made as i said. She said ok to all the changes i told but nothing was on the dress.
Because of these kind of people I'm afraid to place an order again on Instagram
