Rasika Brand — Poor customer service

Working with this lady was very disgusting and disrespectful. She makes people literally beg for the bare minimum service that is expected from an online store.I wanted fabric only, so I reached out to Manusha from rasika_brand. She was very prompt in the beginning until she took my money. I paid for a patola print fabric and a kalamkari print fabric. She sent only patola fabric in about 15 days’ time. She told me both the shipments are sent in 2 different packages. But only 1 arrived. The material was very bad that it was not even worth for me to get it stitched. Then started the actual chase for my kalamkari print fabric. I started pinging her almost every day and there used be no reply at all for days. Then one day she messaged back and told me that my order was misplaced, and she said she would refund, Which she never did even for more than a month. I pinged her every day and night despite the time zone differences asking for my refund. She again chose to ignore me and not reply.I called many times and she never picks up. She should at least have the minimum decency of returning the call. After few days she messaged and again said she would refund. I waited patiently but she never sent my money. It became a part time job for me to ping her every day for my refund. It was such a waste of time. Not to forget the fact that I had told her clearly that my parents are leaving to US and no one would be home to pick up the package even if she sends. She kept telling the same thing "Yes I will refund. send you number name, name etc" but nothing happened. She kept quiet for a very long time. I had almost given up hopes of ever seeing my money or the fabric. Then one day without even telling me she shipped it (but she had agreed to refund my money). I called so many times to tell her what she did wasn't right. But you know what she sent me tracking number and blocked me on Instagram. Unfortunately, my parents had already left India by then and I don’t even know what happened to that package. Never ever gonna work with her ever again. Today unfortunately for her, she unblocked me on Instagram. She is a fraud. If you have gotten items from her, consider yourself lucky and stop doing business with her ever again.
