I initiated the parcel service on 11/JAN/2023 @their Koyambedu service center... They promised us within 24 OR 48 hrs it will be delivered to Tuticorin... It's 19th JAN still I haven't received my parcel when I reached out to them it's been a week time still I haven't got any proper update & tracked the parcel it shows still it is in Chennai

Why they have to give me a fake commitment & their customer service is pathetic and they are rude as well. I tried contacting Tuticorin, Kumbakonam & Chennai none of them gave me a proper response.

It is one of the worst service ever I came across, I shouldn't trust & recommend them to any of my network.

How they can give me a fake commitment & promises... If they are not respecting customer then as a customer I shouldn't believe them anymore... If anything happened to my parcel they should take complete responsibility.

Chennai to Chidambaram rathimeena bus, not properly stopped at mathiyakailash bus stop and avoided the reserved passengers on[protected] evening 5.30pm

Printer inks is not there in Chidambaram booking office, matters printed on tickets are invisible, unable to read

I had to ship a bed and a cot. Cot size 4 feet wide and 6.75 feet height. Shippment was from Nagercoil to Chennai. Cot was packed with cot and bed in one pack and legs in another. Totally 2 pack. Bill was also entered in the same format. Bill on the computer showed ₹.1100, however the biller charged Rs. 1250 saying that I have make additional payment. He wrote Rs. 150 additionally in the bill and charged me additionally. I need the payment of Rs. 150 which he took it for him using the company name.. It's fraud and public shouldn't be cheated like this.

I have booked my bike through parcel service from Chennai to sirkazhi.whenever I use this service I received in damaged condition.Is that any rules to damage the bike when we agreed for accepting the unexpected damages during loading and unloading.?

:1742833.dt:29.8.2022.still now not received the box parcel.its contain food item(applam-20kg).madurai branch reply parcel send to chennai-koyambedu.but koyambedu branch reply box parcel not reach koyambedu.still how many days i should wait?when will be the deadline? still not able to find the box parcel able to refund

I was trying to contact the customer care to cancel / postpone the ticket ( 02 tickets) from Nagapattinam to Chennai on 01 Jul since I was struck up in traffic while returning from Tanjore .. the customer care was pathetic, very rude and I felt very demotivated

My friend and me booked the bus from kumbakonam to Chennai by 11pm on Jun 10, 2022. We reached the boarding point at 10.30 pm and the bus arrived at 11.30pm, but the bus operators and driver shouted us infront of everyone saying "that we arrived late and not even gave us 2 mins to place the luggages in luggage compartment. Keep shouting like we only arrived late and don't even gave time to settle down in our seat". I didn't experienced this type of behavior so far, Usually i prefer Rathi Meena for my travels but this time the incident made me very sad and uncomfortable. Since we arrived boarding point by 10.30pm earlier than the actual time 11pm, the bus delayed 30mins, still we got blamed. Because of one or two operator's behaviour, the reputation of Rathi Meena travels getting affected. Please take action inorder to avoid these kind of situation in future.

I have received bike with more damage in gummidipoondi

My fridge got damaged at transport very bad ### company.
No response from centralized units.

11-2-22 rathimeena travels from tirunelveli to chennai boarding point @ vannarapetai, didn't respond to the passenger properly and left the lady passenger on road and went away.

I have booked the box parcel from Chennai to Virudhu nagar on 7th Dec 2021.Till now not received the box. Since Its a live ornamental fish cost around Rs.8000 of flowerhorn fish almost 3 days not received the box to Virudhu nagar .Kindly please help to resolve this issue.Huge and very critical.

Me and my friend going to Chennai because of college reopen.I booked tickets for 31 Aug 6.00 AM Bus from Chidambaram to Chennai by GPay and it is successful and also a mail came for paid successful from your's official mail id but ticket is not came and also when I see again that my seats are not booked in browser, it is not booked .I sure that i made it by rathimeena.co.in. We didn't received any notification or a call to receiver side, upon we visit your Tirunelveli by us (Mr. Iyyappan, The Tami Hindu News Reporter) found the package damaged and consignment where mishandled. Goods sent is 20kgs and we received only 4.8kgs...
