I have booked a parcel service in rathimeena for transporting my bike from Chennai to madurai.at the time dispatch I noticed that my windshield has been broken.i enquired in the office for the breakage.ghey told we got sign from you that we are not responsible for the breakage of glass and windshield.without any responsible in the work they are notifying that we got sign from at the time of booking .I'm the person who is unaware of it.if it so I may not booked in that travels.

LR:A358357 Sir I have sent my two wheeler from Rajapalayam to Chennai by Parcel Service and when I pick it up in Chennai the front and rear side of the bike is damaged.I have reported this to the manager head office but no action has been taken so far So I request you to find a verdict on this immediately

02/06/23 valliyur to chennai parcel jackfruit anupi 4days aaidichi but innum enaku parcel varala. Nethu cit nagar parcel service ponnen but shop closed and mobile switch off la irku, arumbakkam office la call panni keta cit nagar branch ku anupiten soldranga. Naa 03/06/23 3times call panni pesitn parcel vantha call pandren Sonnanga but idhuvaraikkum call pannala. Yesterday la irunthu cit nagar Branch phone switch off and shop closed. Rathimeena parcel service call pannina not response, very worst service. Pls action quickly and reply

I sent a parcel from Chennai to my hometown idayakottai by Rathimeena. But looking at the condition of the box, I feel sorry for myself. Rathimeena why are you doing parcel service for this job you can close courier service. From my experience, anyone should not do prefer rathi meena. One of the worst service. And one thing i already wrote top of the box an instruction "HANDLE WITH CARE AND GLASS ITEMS ARE INSIDE" but they do what they want to do.

My wife (56) and her father (84) travelled in Rathimeena (TN 02 BT 8971) from marthandam to chennai on 6-5-2023 with boarding at azakiamandapam.(seat no 5 and 6).They had 4 bags as luggages. They requested to keep them in the side storage bins.The extra staff who were acting as bus owners refused to keep the luggages in the side and instead they asked them to keep inside the bus with them. Both the passengers were unaware to bribe the staff to keep the luggages in the side bins. Both the passengers had hardships to travel with luggages tightly packed around their legs.On arriving at vandalur they could not bring down the luggages. Co passengers helped to bring down the luggages. The ugly and rude treatment of your staff towards the aged person and woman has made us to decide to shun Rathimeena service in future.From the inception of Rathimeena service we prefer to travel by it.Now we think there are better services than yours. Kindly instruct your staff to treat the old passengers with respect in future.Tell them that their parents will also become old and dependable one day

My bus is not arrived till 12.30Am ...

Called multiple times to driver and no response...

I have sent my Avenger 220 Street Bike from Rathimeena Speed Parcel Service, Kalasipalayam to Chennai on 18/02/2023.

When I received my bike from Arumbakkam branch on 19/02/2023, I found the front mudguard of my bike to be broken. This is really disappointing.

You owe me the repair cost of that mudguard.

Kindly help me to get the repair cost or refund my transportational cost, which is 1, 500 for transportation and 200 for packing, a total of Rs. 1, 700.

PS: I've attached the damaged mudguard video taken in Rathimeen Arumbakkam office and the transportation bill.

I travelled from Coimbatore to Kumbakonam on 31st Jan 2023.
While applying brake bus is making lot of noises, We (Passengers) wont feel comfortable with that. We are booking sleeper class bus for comfortable and take some good sleep.
But bus makes keech noise that too very loud. Please do check this issue and take some action.

Chennai to Chidambaram rathimeena bus, not properly stopped at mathiyakailash bus stop and avoided the reserved passengers on[protected] evening 5.30pm

Printer inks is not there in Chidambaram booking office, matters printed on tickets are invisible, unable to read

I had to ship a bed and a cot. Cot size 4 feet wide and 6.75 feet height. Shippment was from Nagercoil to Chennai. Cot was packed with cot and bed in one pack and legs in another. Totally 2 pack. Bill was also entered in the same format. Bill on the computer showed ₹.1100, however the biller charged Rs. 1250 saying that I have make additional payment. He wrote Rs. 150 additionally in the bill and charged me additionally. I need the payment of Rs. 150 which he took it for him using the company name.. It's fraud and public shouldn't be cheated like this.

I have booked my bike through parcel service from Chennai to sirkazhi.whenever I use this service I received in damaged condition.Is that any rules to damage the bike when we agreed for accepting the unexpected damages during loading and unloading.?

I was trying to contact the customer care to cancel / postpone the ticket ( 02 tickets) from Nagapattinam to Chennai on 01 Jul since I was struck up in traffic while returning from Tanjore .. the customer care was pathetic, very rude and I felt very demotivated

My friend and me booked the bus from kumbakonam to Chennai by 11pm on Jun 10, 2022. We reached the boarding point at 10.30 pm and the bus arrived at 11.30pm, but the bus operators and driver shouted us infront of everyone saying "that we arrived late and not even gave us 2 mins to place the luggages in luggage compartment. Keep shouting like we only arrived late and don't even gave time to settle down in our seat". I didn't experienced this type of behavior so far, Usually i prefer Rathi Meena for my travels but this time the incident made me very sad and uncomfortable. Since we arrived boarding point by 10.30pm earlier than the actual time 11pm, the bus delayed 30mins, still we got blamed. Because of one or two operator's behaviour, the reputation of Rathi Meena travels getting affected. Please take action inorder to avoid these kind of situation in future.
