Dear sir,

I have booked the box parcel from Chennai to Virudhu nagar on 7th Dec 2021.Till now not received the box. Since Its a live ornamental fish cost around Rs.8000 of flowerhorn fish almost 3 days not received the box to Virudhu nagar .Kindly please help to resolve this issue.Huge and very critical.

I am praveen from chidambaram . Me and my friend going to Chennai because of college reopen.I booked tickets for 31 Aug 6.00 AM Bus from Chidambaram to Chennai by GPay and it is successful and also a mail came for paid successful from your's official mail id but ticket is not came and also when I see again that my seats are not booked in browser, it is not booked .I sure that i made it by rathimeena.co.in. So please and I request to analyse .Thereby I send the photo that came after paid .

We posted a parcel 20kgs from mayiladuthurai to Surandai Trinelveli on 4 Aug 2021, attached the consignment receipt for your reference.

We didn't received any notification or a call to receiver side, upon we visit your Tirunelveli by us (Mr. Iyyappan, The Tami Hindu News Reporter) found the package damaged and consignment where mishandled. Goods sent is 20kgs and we received only 4.8kgs only which is also been in the state of can't use it.

Person in-charge said the item received on 5 Aug 2021 which was damaged rats, he claim that he notified us but we never received any calls. refer picture of goods.

We choose Rathimeena as a trusted supply chain but our goods are not managed well and it was wasted. Worth of item is Rs.2500 (Mappilai Sambaa hand prepared rice).

The parcel was sent from Coimbatore to Chidambaram. Shree Ganesh Entry yesterday with the clear name that the manager there gave it to someone else without informing and I went and asked who has given this parcel, then he is speaking. Have you taken away but the mobile number on it is also wrong. How is the parcel delivered without LR number?
If the manager is asked to check the camera, the camera is also not checking and is not giving any response.

Dear sir/ madam I have booked three box of live fish from chennai to Marthandam (Kanniyakumari district).The consignment was supposed to reach the destination at 3pm in the evening but it came very late at about 9:30 pm in the night and the packing was damaged due to disorganised arrangements of other heavy goods which were kept on the live fish box. Since the packing was not in a state to fit in to my vehicle I requested the office staff to repack it and the loading staff suddenly started shouting at me in an abusive way. The statement was like this in not our job to make arrangements. 'YOU ARE A GIRL AND YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO WHAT WE THE MALE SAY. YOU CANNOT TELL US TO DO THINGS FOR YOU'. Being a girl travelling 12 kilometers far to a place to collect the consignment at late night deserves a bit good customer sevice from Rathimeena courior service. My Lr number is 6659289. I request you to take further actions towards the person.

Consignment booked on 15th June Karur hub.Daily I am follwed to the consignment delivey branch of RATHIMEENA SPEED PARCEL SERVICE, KANCIPURAM.They told stil not recived to our hub.

I have sent my bike from chidambaram to trivandrum through your parcel service and I received it 3 days later from the promised delivery date with a lot of damages on my bike. The vicer fixed in front is lost and lot of scratches and dents in bike such as clutch and brake levers, mud guard, silencer etc. and there are lot of blue scratch marks all over the bike. The handle bar got bent and clutch unit is downed and engine oil is completely...

It is my 4th bike booking 2 from kumbakonam Rathimeena parcel to Tambaram Rathimeena parcel Both i get delivery with damaged parcel is worst. And 2 time I booked bike from Tambaram Rathimeena parcel service I booked my passion pro in very good condition on 07/03/2021 and get delivery from kumbakonam Rathimeena parcel service today 09/03/2021 see the photo of this bike same photo also show me by kumbakonam staff. I register my complaint by mobile phone to Tambaram Rathimeena parcel service office. They told me that discuss with head office and do something. But what will going on I don't know. I have booked a ticket to Chennai to Chidambaram on March 5th for my travel on March 6 th seat number 1 and 2 for 5.15 am bus by my debit card the amount had been debited from my account but ticket is not confirmed, when I contacted rathimeena office koyambedu, they told my amount will be credited by evening and try again make payment to book tickets, I have done that . Later for my return journey on March 7th I have booked tickets on the same day from Chidambaram to Chennai 6.00 am bus seat number U8 and U9 by using my paytm account .I have experienced the same problem again.and I repaid to get my tickets, They told by evening since it was 3 days, I didnt get any refund, even I mailed them in the mail id they provided for refund issues, but I didnt get any response. When I tried to contact their customer care number, It told the call is diverted and finally not answered..

I and two other people traveled in Rathimeena today - January 10, 2021. My PNR is 26KF657G. Bus was stopped in the middle for breakfast. When I was coming back, another driver was standing in front of the bus and he was acting really disrespectul and rude by saying, ‘Ingaye irukka poriya nee’. I am pretty sure there was a whole family who were yet to come to the bus and I wasn't the last one. The bus has to focus on improving its respect for its customer. The company cannot however they want to its customers. I paid for the ride and he is no one to talk to me like that. He was rude and I condemn his act.

With reference to the above PNR number we would like to inform that the bus driver didn’t allow the passenger to enter into the bus and asked him to cancel the ticket

Considering the above incident please cancel the ticket and refund the full amount.

Hope the same will be treated as urgent and necessary action will be taken care from your end.
