Bus route - chennai to chidambaram ac
I have booked the journey for my dad which i usually do from red bus
app. Every time i was getting messages and bus details on time.
But the last 3 times, when i booked with rathimeena travels
i didn't get any notification except booking confirmation email.
After i struggled to contact them to know about my bus details i was at the boarding point 30 mins prior to the boarding time. (10:50 pm)
Since my boarding time has nearly crosses i started to check with all the rathimeena bus that passed across me for the destination. Each and every bus i checked said me different destination and told to wait for my bus whish was on its way.
I started losing my patience after 12:15 am. And also i couldn't connect to the phone number provided inthe booking confirmation email since the line was busy all time.
After 12:30 am i contacted velachery branch package session and got my driver number.
When i called the driver he said that the bus had already crossed chennai limit and he tried to contact me but the number was switched off.
I was using my phone to contact rathimeena all time and kept my dad number idle just for this confusion. They were literally lying around about everything. They were not ever ready to talk with me. I said i will complaint and they were so cool that they are okay for that and never ever tried to retrieve us back for the journey.
Attender who spoke with me is [protected] sashi. Which was a hectic experience in then conversation and i have recorded the whole conversation and will post them in social. Media and public notice.
They leave the passengers and aboard a non booked passenger for double the cost which eventually the driver a d attender are looting the money o[censored]s.
Rathimeena if not repaying my loss and replying for this complaint. They are going to face a very severe escalation against them through consumer court. Since i have all evidence i can produce it to the court and get them screwed off..
