11th sep 2018 i booked journey for chennai cmbt to chidambaram, timing is 10:30 pm. The ticket no: tm9s71385577, pnr no: rmt6237285. I booked upper berth seat no:7 in this bus.in that day 5 pm, i called the rathimeena chennai cmbt office number [protected] and asked about the exact boarding point, one lady took the call and said to come omni bus stand. Then i cut the call. I reached the omni bus stand at 10:15 pm. And i called to driver number. That driver behave rudely, that person name is illayaraja chellamani (Mobile. No:[protected]), that driver behave rudely, the didn't tell the exact boarding point, he confusing more than 30 mins, finally, he asked me to come ashok pillar boarding point. I called the office number [protected] and tell the driver behavior and confirm about ashok pillar boarding. But 11:10 pm i reached ashok pillar and called to driver number he said he crossed guindy. Then why he forces me to come to ashok pillar. I have all the conversation about this issue. The driver illayaraja chellamani replace my seat to another customer for the higher price this is occurring in lower level without knowledge to the owner. Please take necessary action to that driver.
