      Dear sir,

      We would like to bring to your notice that the consignment booked on[protected] is missing and has not yet reached the destination point.

      We have already complained on the respective chennai and tuticorin offices and also shared photo of consignment through whatsapp.

      The material is very urgently required and we request you to please deliver the consignment immediately or pay the cost of the consignment which amounts to 10, 000/-.

          I have sent one package from villupuram to salem on 15th of july, but this fake courier has not still delivered my package . its fully fake . only after person die they ll deliver . don't ever try to sent items to this courier service . No proper response also from the courier service .

          Rathimeena parcel fake service don't use this service if its emergency .fake stupid worst courier service. Close this courier service and do someother job if you have ..

              Very very very worst fraud service
              They are theif they hold our article for one week and they deliver i semd one bike they used it and del8vered

                I had a booking done for a consignment in rathimeena speed parcel service from puducherry to hosur (Lr. 1229236). On receiving the material, the hosur office person had told me to get my vehicle so that the material can be directly transferred to my vehicle from their truck. I was there with my vehicle on time, on reaching their office they started demanding unnecessary charges to unload the consignment and when i refused to give them the charges they started throwing the material in my vehicle. Only for not giving the charges, which was to be borne by the transport, they were just throwing away my material as if we have not paid for the material.
                On saying that i would file a complaint against them, they rudely answered me saying we have many customers.
                Is this the way how you deal with your customers.?
                Really disappointed with the pathetic service.

                  Bus route - chennai to chidambaram ac

                  I have booked the journey for my dad which i usually do from red bus app. Every time i was getting messages and bus details on time.

                  But the last 3 times, when i booked with rathimeena travels i didn't get any notification except booking confirmation email.

                  After i struggled to contact them to know about my bus details i was at the boarding point 30 mins prior to the boarding time. (10:50 pm)

                  Since my boarding time has nearly crosses i started to check with all the rathimeena bus that passed across me for the destination. Each and every bus i checked said me different destination and told to wait for my bus whish was on its way.

                  I started losing my patience after 12:15 am. And also i couldn't connect to the phone number provided inthe booking confirmation email since the line was busy all time.

                  After 12:30 am i contacted velachery branch package session and got my driver number.

                  When i called the driver he said that the bus had already crossed chennai limit and he tried to contact me but the number was switched off.

                  I was using my phone to contact rathimeena all time and kept my dad number idle just for this confusion. They were literally lying around about everything. They were not ever ready to talk with me. I said i will complaint and they were so cool that they are okay for that and never ever tried to retrieve us back for the journey.

                  Attender who spoke with me is [protected] sashi. Which was a hectic experience in then conversation and i have recorded the whole conversation and will post them in social. Media and public notice.

                  They leave the passengers and aboard a non booked passenger for double the cost which eventually the driver a d attender are looting the money o[censored]s.

                  Rathimeena if not repaying my loss and replying for this complaint. They are going to face a very severe escalation against them through consumer court. Since i have all evidence i can produce it to the court and get them screwed off..

                    Rathimeena travels has two routes from tanjore to chennai and vice versa.
                    1. Via ecr
                    2. Via gst road

                    None of the routes are mentioned either in the ticket or in the website.
                    Even on call the office people are so bad in explaining.
                    After booking also with the pnr no i was not able to trace?

                    I had to confirm just before boarding and had to cancel my travel without being able to cancel the ticket.

                    Even the red bus online booking does not provide the status or route of travel.

                    How can i get a refund?
                    Should i go to the consumer forum?

                      11th sep 2018 i booked journey for chennai cmbt to chidambaram, timing is 10:30 pm. The ticket no: tm9s71385577, pnr no: rmt6237285. I booked upper berth seat no:7 in this bus.in that day 5 pm, i called the rathimeena chennai cmbt office number [protected] and asked about the exact boarding point, one lady took the call and said to come omni bus stand. Then i cut the call. I reached the omni bus stand at 10:15 pm. And i called to driver number. That driver behave rudely, that person name is illayaraja chellamani (Mobile. No:[protected]), that driver behave rudely, the didn't tell the exact boarding point, he confusing more than 30 mins, finally, he asked me to come ashok pillar boarding point. I called the office number [protected] and tell the driver behavior and confirm about ashok pillar boarding. But 11:10 pm i reached ashok pillar and called to driver number he said he crossed guindy. Then why he forces me to come to ashok pillar. I have all the conversation about this issue. The driver illayaraja chellamani replace my seat to another customer for the higher price this is occurring in lower level without knowledge to the owner. Please take necessary action to that driver.

                      Mobile charge not working customer service not good
                      On regular basis we are sending parcel from Coimbatore to Thanjavur. We are having branch shop in Thanjavur and so we have send our products on daily basis. In thanjavur Rathimeena parcel office there is no proper response or services. If we call in phone they won't response, if we go in person also no response. Parcel and all damaged frequently.

                        I booked 3 tickets from mayiladuthurai to chennai on 7/8/18 to travel by the bus leaving mayiladuthurai at 2.50 pm. The bus came up to kadalur and we were forced to exit the bur stating the bus will not go further and we can get full refunds from the company.

                          We used to transport our goods through rathi meena always. Today they have raised the price suddenly. We called the branch and enquired, they are not responding properly. Our old rate was rs. 90/- now they have suddenly raised to rs. 150/- kindly revise the rate and provide us refund.

                              Booked one ticket to Nagapattinam on 15th November 2018 but it was cancelled due to Gaja cyclone. Still I didn't receive refund amount
                              Parcel was boarded at bangalore Thursday. STILL NOT RECEIVED IN PONDICHERRY .No proper response from your side and pondicherry office didn't pick up the call.

                                I have sent a parcel from sirkali to namakkal on june 1 st 2017. This parcel is not delivered to the party instead it is taken and changed to another parcel service without my party or my permission. I called head office and they are not responding properly to this issue. Kindly provide a valid statement about this issue. My product worth of 20000 rs is lost on this problem. Rathimeena travels is rrsponsible to this loss of product. My lr no. 9904616. Please provide us the lost parcel.

                                  I booked ticked chennai to mannargudi birth, they called me and changed birth till kumbakonam, i was accepted, onboarding time they are alloted seat, i had informed very clearly am not able to travel sitting for under surgery spinal, they doesnot listen what customer saying, i never evered seen this kind of worst customer service, people pls dont book rathimeena travels

                                    Yesterday night i booked berth ticket (U4 rmt5423584) from mayiladuthurai to coimbatore. With out intimation you are changed my booked bus. You are arranged ac sitting seat but i feel very uncomfortable and sleepless journey.
                                    Sorry to say here after i booked tickets in other travels. Please try to avoid its happening in future. I don't excepted to do this for your organisation.

                                      On 9\11\2015 at I took rathimeena bus from thiruvanmayur, chennai.Actually I booked my tickets onbusesthe destination was from chennai to cuddalore(ecr route).on that day we had a cyclone .in this situation they said that the will not go to cuddalore and asked me to get down at tindivanam itself that charged rs.490/ticket.they asked me to take bus and go yo my place.The reason they gave was that the roads to my place are blocked.But when I reached cuddalore I found other Govt.buses coming to cuddalore.I am a girl of 18 and at night 7.00 was travelling alone.they did not think abt my safety even.They were bitterly lieing to me

                                        I had a bus on 19/04/2013 at 6;00 am.As i got 10 minutes late i had called up the Rathimeena counter and asked them to wait and they had also told me the same .
                                        I reached at the counter exactly at 6:10 am and the bus left without intimating me. Then after calling them again they started abusing in bad words about getting late and all that but during my first call they had also told me to wait at that place.
