I have booked 2 parcel on 2/12/20 lr no :6961059 chennai to chidambram both the parcel reached chidambram on 3/12/20 but were badly damaged so party denided to take the parcel we have amde many complaints regarding this but no response was given from rathimeena transport so kindly check and do the needful

The given parcel was not in good condition which was packed perfectly and the product was now damged one the Consumer was not treated proper in your Dindigul parcel service office.the parcel was came from Chennai. The very very worst parcel service in Dindigul was yours only. Here After he will not be Able to put parcel in yours......

I had a booking done for a consignment in rathimeena speed parcel service from puducherry to hosur (Lr. 1229236). On receiving the material, the hosur office person had told me to get my vehicle so that the material can be directly transferred to my vehicle from their truck. Bus route - chennai to chidambaram ac

I have booked the journey for my dad which i usually do from red bus app. Every time i was getting messages and bus details on time.

But the last 3 times, when i booked with rathimeena travels i didn't get any notification except booking confirmation email.

After i struggled to contact them to know about my bus details i was at the boarding point 30 mins...

Rathimeena travels has two routes from tanjore to chennai and vice versa.
1. Via ecr
2. Via gst road

None of the routes are mentioned either in the ticket or in the website.
Even on call the office people are so bad in explaining.
After booking also with the pnr no i was not able to trace?

I had to confirm just before boarding and had to cancel my travel without being able to cancel...

11th sep 2018 i booked journey for chennai cmbt to chidambaram, timing is 10:30 pm. The ticket no: tm9s71385577, pnr no: rmt6237285. I booked upper berth seat no:7 in this bus.in that day 5 pm, i called the rathimeena chennai cmbt office number [protected] and asked about the exact boarding point, one lady took the call and said to come omni bus stand. Then i cut the call. I reached the omni bus stand at 10:15 pm. And i called to driver number....

I booked 3 tickets from mayiladuthurai to chennai on 7/8/18 to travel by the bus leaving mayiladuthurai at 2.50 pm. The bus came up to kadalur and we were forced to exit the bur stating the bus will not go further and we can get full refunds from the company.
