This complaint is for the Road No 12 Banjara Hills branch of Ratnadeep.
I have been an avid Ratnadeep customer for years now. I have never been through such a disappointing retail customer experience before. We were charged Rs 3, 400 for a chocolate my sister ate in the store before billing. Now I understand that it was her fault, but seriously, we were ready to pay the original amount of the chocolate but the manager, who I must add was extremely ill mannered, indecent and rude whined about some company policy stating we must pay 10x the cost. I don’t think it was fair at all. We were looted by this company and I hope action is taken against them. Never visiting a Ratnadeep store again. Was this information helpful? |
