After waiting for several minutes in the queue, the store salesman ask us to move to the next counter while he was doing something on the system along with his Manager. On asking him why, there was no response except staring at us. Even when asking the manager, he completely ignored us as if we didn't exist. On moving to the other counter, we complained about him to the other salesman and he laughed (basically giving off his manager's typical behaviour). Immediately other customers were served in that previous counter, idk why and what this was about.
