Razorpay — About sareezo.com

I have order stuffs through sareezo.com
They mentioned that they will update about order through mail or sms but i can't get any updates..i have also paid in advance..i can't get helpline number..my order no is #SEZ2006 i just got one mail for confirmation mail..but now the website is not working..what should i do??
