Razorpay — Account Blockage and Customer Service Inaccessibility Due to OTP Error and Two-Factor Authentication

On March 14, I encountered an issue while logging into my account. The two-factor verification required an OTP, and although I entered the correct code, it was deemed incorrect. Consequently, my account got blocked.

Unfortunately, there are no available recovery options such as backup codes, and there is a lack of customer support to address this matter.
