Razorpay — Account suspended and its 150 days over settlement not done | |||
Last Dec 2022 my account got suspended still I’m not sure why? I have tired to reach Razorpay support multiple times and they said my settlement is on hold and will take 120 days again not sure why? It was just a covering jewels and I have submitted all my purchases bills and proofs as well myself still not reply for it I have created multiple tickets and no response and it’s been 150 days now I see my amount but I can’t even create a support ticket Worst experience I really don’t know what service Razorpay gives no reply to tickets emails calls Please small business people avoid Razorpay worst company My business runs smoothly for the last 4 months with other payment gateway without issue So issue is not with me it’s with gateway Was this information helpful? | |||
