[Resolved] Razorpay — activation of razorpay account

This is from nit puducherry, and we are going to conduct a technical fest gyanith'19 from feb 28th to march 2nd 2019. We have been trying to activate an account through razopay for our online registrations. We have been facing some problems while activating the account. Please do let us know the procedure for this kind of institute account activation.
