Razorpay — Additional Transactions - Rs. 3200

We have purchased happiness card and had dinner at Barbeque Nation (Netaji Subhash palace) on 18th Feb'2021. But the amount of Rs.3200 has been deducted. I have raised this concern in February and i got refund of Rs.3200 back to my credit card# [protected] in March'2021.
Also, got a call and email from Barbeque nation and offered a fresh happiness card on 17th Mar'2021as a token of apology. But now again Rs.3200 has been deducted and showing in my April month statement with reference to 18th Feb.

When the money has been refunded not sure why it has deducted again. When i spoke with BBQ nation again they said due to miscommunication it got deducted so i need to contact Razorpay and then they will refund.
