[Resolved]  Razorpay — Amount cut but confirmation mail and package not received

I purchase product online and amount cut from bank through your side but conformation mail not received and package also not received.
Details as below -

FRK4L5k2zbcrun-RAZPRAZORPAYSOFTWARE [protected] 16 Aug 2020 499.00

Plz confirm it and do the needful about refund as early as possible.
