[Resolved]  Razorpay — amount debited from my upi account and showing deposited to razorpay account but merchant not received

On 3rd of july 2020, i have purchased few items from calcutta electronics website but after amount debited from my upi account but the merchant has not received. Ao the order not completed. I have raised complaint in razorpay and email lot of time. But they are not cooperating. I need my money back.
