[Resolved] Razorpay — amount debited from the account without the payment being successful | |
I made a payment to marrow app using your payment gateway on 19/01/2019 and the amount of 26, 500 was deducted from the account but the payment to the app was not successful.It's been more than a month since the transaction and there has been no refund from your end and also I have filed numerous complaints on your website and have not recieved any feedback from razorpay nor have received any callback from razorpay. The company's customer care centre is perpetually not working with the the same excuse of being overloaded. Kindly look into this callous and unprofessional attitude of yours and act on my innumerable complaints at once.The payment was made using upi and have enclosed a confirmation message from razorpay.
