Razorpay — Amount deducted from HDFC account but NPS transaction failed through Razorpay gateway

I was creating NPS account and initial payment of Rs5000 got deducted to NPS trust from my HDFC account through Razorpay gateway . But the PRAN was not generated and the transaction failed to complete the account application. Please help in the refund.
