[Resolved] Razorpay — amount deducted twice for single transaction on irctc via bhim | |||||
I raised a complaint with razorpay on 21st feb regarding the issue of two times amount deduction. They replied back that the complaint will be resolved within 5-7 working days (Complaint reference number - 158747). I have asked them repeatedly to share the status of the complaint. Till date, i haven't heard any update from their end. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
