Razorpay — Amount is debited but transactions is failed

Hello Razorpay, payment of 49500 was initiated by me yesterday; the amount has been debited from my bank account but transaction has been failed. It was a contribution to my NPS account. Kindly look into the matter. Transaction details can be provided at a closed forum
