Razorpay — Amount not being refunded or reflected back

I ordered 2 items from superdry.in and paid through razorpay on 17th dec but then cancelled it immediately, since then i m waiting for the refund..
As its been more than 10 days now, i would want my money to be reflected back in my account asap
