Razorpay — Amount not settled

We have been working with Razorpay for 4 months, from 04 february 2022 razorpay have put our account on hold and they told us that our account has been rejected, But the amount that has credited to razorpay still not settled, we have been trying to contact Razorpay but no response, they told us they will settle in 2 working days and its been a month still no response from Razorpay.
