We checked our logs with the email ID: `[protected]@gmail.com` and couldn’t locate any transaction.

Above is mail I received from razorpay support mentioning no transaction withmy email id [protected]@gmail.com . Where as below are all transaction details I have to argue them
transaction details I can see on my SBI transaction history, in which one of with Id[protected] of amount RS 999 was successful and I got payment confirmation mail from Razorpay which I have attached screenshot of it as proof of email id [protected]@gmail.com used for all three transactions.
But other two transactions occured in which RS 999 was detected twice. Below is transaction details of both .
