[Resolved]  Razorpay — auto crediting

I made transaction on 29th june for IRCTC, the transaction was failed and my money is debited. And whenever I contact to the customer executive they will tell only one thing "We see that the refund of amount ₹ 445.00 has been initiated on 4th Jul, 2018. We are checking the status of the refund with the bank. Please expect an update within 5-7 working days regarding this refund". Since 4th July I'm waiting for the money but still I didn't got the money.
Can't you people understand value of time and money. It's an urgent requirement of money please credit it to me as soon as possible.

Sir/Mdm by today almost one week is completed. And as you mentioned in mail auto Crediting will be done within 4-5working days.
But still there is no progress.

And while I calling to the customer support executive they are not responding to the call.
Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Sir, I was trying to book a ticket from salimer to sekendrabad which was not able to book but the money got deducted from my account. I used razorpay payment gateway and performed the payment through BHIM app.
Sir, kindly help me to get my refund.

We checked the transaction with the UPI reference number 820109584951 and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction. As there has been a debit the refund will be credited to your account within 10 working days.

18 July ko online ticket book krwa raha tha mai lekin ticket confirm nhi ho payi or mere 2098 ruppes debit Ho gye jo abhi tak nhi aaye hai please check and confirm

Booked ticket through irctc website using razorpay gateway. Rs 440 deducted from my bank account, but ticket not booked, saying pending from bank end. Booking Id : [protected]

Pls look into this asap. Not sure why such kind of problems come. Highly disappointing

We checked the transaction ID 100001370279024 and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction. As there has been a debit for the same in your account, the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.
