Razorpay scammed my son of 100000 rupees. Even after providing all the documents and proofs and even after repeated begging and pleading Razorpay did not issue a refund. We are poor people and the loss of 1 lac is a big loss for us. My son was so stressed because of this and he suffered a massive heart attack. He passed away few days ago. He is survived by his wife and two children. I hold razorpay directly responsible for my son's death. They are morally responsible for it. I hope God will punish these scammers for their sins. Rot in hell razorpay!!!

I have made payment to NAYRA MART through Razorpay Rs199dt9/2/22.My order no 182148 for Tshirt is not received till date.

I am Padma Pooja, I have ordered an product from vilvah on 09/02/22 through razorpay UPI for amount of 1119.10 rupees, but immediately i got an email from vilvah that my order is not created has they didn't receive the money, after several mails and no responses calls there is no proper replay from razorpay, they are not even giving proper replay.plesase take necessary action against them ASAP.

I booked a ticket form IRCTC on 20-2-22 and used net banking but 2 times my money got deducted 684.50/- each time and transaction was a failure. on third attempt i was able to book it. But I am still waiting for my refund of Rs 1369/-

I purchased some plants from treetify.in. The payment gateway I used to pay them was Razorpay. They did not ship the plants for weeks. They did not respond to my emails and calls. Finally a month or so later they shipped empty boxes. Finally I got fed up and requested a refund from razorpay. They asked me to contact my bank. I requested a chargeback from my bank. My bank accepted the request and forwarded it to razorpay. And thats it. Razorpay did nothing. They are refusing to issue the refund. Their customer support is useless. One day they ask me to contact rbi and next day they ask me to contact cybercrime division. They keep asking me to contact my bank for updates. When I contact my bank (SBI) they tell me the hold up is because of razorpay. Razorpay is a scam payment gateway. Avoid at all costs

I have ordered one chair costing 1299, advertised on facebook by name fashiondeal05.mysopify.com. The payment was done on 13.02.2021 through Razorpay...
Now no confirmation mail received, nor the product is delivered.

I request the concerned officers to refund my money, if the chair could not be delivered.

There is no confirmation from the seller, that the order will be delivered in so many days.
I think this is a fraudulent company, which advertise on ficticious, but how razorpay did the transaction. kindly refund and make the co. as fraud.

As a part of your financial risk measures my settlement is put on hold and i have lost my business because all my money got stuck with you which you haven't settled in my bank. I raised a complaint on razorpay website and submit all documents what they asking I should not have trusted this fraud company in the fast place. They have ruined my business and no one is even reply to me. I swear, not gonna use Online payment gateway of razorpay after this. Message - "Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again."

2 from slice credit card & 1 from Paytm app UPI transaction.

Kindly check and help me with the return of my money asap.

I placed an order for Nokia 3310 @VLE BAZAAR PRIVATELY LIMITED on 26th January and made the payment via Razorpay. My order ID is 1356410. I received a wrong item on Jan 31st and returned the same on 2nd Feb. I didn't receive any refund from the company yet. I checked with them many times and even created a ticket. But no response from their side. I feel like VLE BAZAAR is a fraud company. I need help from you and need a refund of the money i paid through you.

I Ordered a dress on 7 sep 2021 and paid amount 449 via Google pay. But order is not placed.

Kindly help in tracing these culprits you are using razorpay and fetching money from job seekers like me. They have collected aroun 9 laks from me by saying that they are best recruitment agencies. This was my weak moment and i believed them.

Company name was dice gulf India corporation and they have used your medium to collect payments by named dice India corporation.

Kindly take strict action against them as they are not even responding to my calls

Don’t trust this razor pay … they activated our business after receiving a 1L Transaction they suddenly blocked the account by saying that my business not supported …

That’s fine my business not supported

Question is at least Send that 1L back to sender card or settle in our account

Razor pay we used fir 1 year and when they rcvd 1.12 laks through our customers they did not realesed it fir 21 days and niw nit responding to mails. This is worst service

I suggest not to use razorpay
