Razorpay — Complaint
I ordered the smartwatch for which I chose to pay Amount In installments and this service has been providing by Razorpay . So I decided to payout my first Tranche through it of Rs.1187.26. for which I received notification of Account debited but neither received any acknowledgement of placing the order and nor send the amount to smartwatch company for which I'm brooded.
On Customer care Number, They just defer on problems by saying that they're understaffed due to pandemic going on.
