[Resolved] Razorpay — Deducted money but failed money!

Dear Support Team],

I was allotted a seat through the MHCET BCA exam and paid the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1, 001.18. Although the amount has been deducted from my account, the portal indicates that the payment failed.

As I am currently out of India and wish to secure my admission, could you please look into this issue and assist me as soon as possible? It's a emergency.
