[Resolved]  Razorpay — Delay in refund

1. On 4th oct i made a transaction of Rs 68999/- to Furper.com vis razorpay.
2. On 6th furper told me that product not available so i told him to refund. But furper was not able to refund me using razorpay gateway. He took another week.
3. So i raised dispute in razorpay site on 14 oct. After 2 days razorpay deducted the amount from furper's account and informed the merchant that they will refund the amount.
4. Today is 20 oct and i am continously writing greviances in their site but no action has been taken.
